Rollers ahoy!

It's harder to start this than it is once you're going. I decided that the time had come, especially since we've got rocky mountain winds blowing today. Cold, gusty. Did I say cold?

Yeah, yeah, yeah; I know I should be skiing.

Solstice tomorrow, 5:04 AM MST. First day of winter. The days start getting longer. And that's a good thing.

Listen Scot, we both know I have MAD SKILLS in the bike-handling department, but this is Rollers. Today I concluded my ride to nowhere by fumbling as I set a water bottle onto the table next to the rollers, knocking over a glass of water onto my keyboard, then bumping the belt off the "Killer Headwind" air pump. I am afraid of crashing. I may start wearing my helmet. And elbow pads.

Or you could come over and just stand next to me while I'm riding, how about that?

Damn that's funny!

Place your rollers on an incline so you are going downhill...it's easier that way.

I like the approach you took with this article. It is not typical that you just discover something so concise and enlightening.
